FL group was incorporated in Malaysia under the Company Act, 1965 on 24 March 1997 as a private limited company under the name of Fuseline Electric & Engineering Sdn Bhd, who commenced its business as an authorized distributor for power and electrical equipment’s for some of the most established name in global market, such as ABB, Carlo Gavazzi, Samwha, Saltek, Mikro, and Chint. Over the years, we have gained the support and confidence of over thousands corporate customers from various industries.

Today, FL Group is distributing over 10,000 items of its agency products through our distribution networks including panel builders, resellers, OEMs, and system integrators in Malaysia who served in major market segments. To distinguish characteristics of our business, it will be top quality products, special emphasis on higher end independent distributors, instant technical supports and upholding of prompt delivery promise.
Due to the growing number of applications for power and electrical equipment, fast-changing product technologies, and the need for new services, FL Group has decided to further expand their growth by diversified its business through the following subsidiaries which are listed below.
Fuseline Electric (PG) Sdn Bhd as a branch who serves industrial market at Northern region of West Malaysia. Next, FL Systems Sdn Bhd is a system integrator for electrical Distribution Board(DB). FInally, FE Automation Sdn Bhd as a specialist in Motion Control products, such as induction motors, AC drives, softstarters etc.

Company History
1997
Establish Fuseline Electric & Engineering Sdn Bhd. authorised distributor for abb low voltage component products, mikro protection relay and carlo gavazzi products.
2007
Appointed as sole distributor for Samwha capacitor in Malaysia and established FL System Sdn Bhd. system integrator for electrical distribution board (DB).
2009
Establish FE Automation Sdn Bhd. specialist in motion control products, such as induction motors, ac drives, soft starters etc.
2011 & 2017
Appointed as sole distributor for saltek surge arrestor in malaysia and achieved iso 9001:2015 certification.
2023
Establish ELV division and Lumi Fiber Sdn Bhd, focusing on advanced security solutions and structure cabling.
